Reservation & Policies

You can make a reservation by phone, email or on-line using booking.com or expedia. However some discounts and our top of the line Sous la pruche suite are available only through direct reservation by phone. Do not hesitate to contact us for recommendations on room selection, restaurants and local activities.

Policies

• Cancellation policies (rooms and guess house) : free cancellation if cancelled or modified 4 days before the date of arrival. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date arrival, 33% of the total fee will be charged if cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% will be charged. Cancellation policies may be more restrictive on some on-line reservation sites.
• Reservations and payment (rooms and guess house): a credit card is required for reservation, no deposit required, payment is processed on departure date (Visa, Mastercard, Debit card or cash).
• Children under 15 years are not admitted.
• Ô Bois Dormant is a non smoking accommodation. It is possible to smoke on balconies and terrace
• Pets are not allowed. A dog is present in the owner’s private area at Ô Bois Dormant. We cannot guarantee the absence of dog hair in our B&B.
• Management may charge any damage found on the property at replacement costs.
